In the kitchen. It's nap time. That's Reagan in the monitor and this will be dinner. Lots of vegetables and a little TVP. Short for textured vegetable protein. Never tried it, but in my attempts to implement a plant based diet I am trying my best. Eggs and Milk will stay for now and weekly Salmon. This diet is actually recommended by our Lakeview Pediatric Clinic out of the wide range of vegetarianism as being the most healthiest for growing babies and people in general. To be technical it's called "Pesco Vegeterians when you eat fish, dairy products and eggs along with plant foods." Was reassuring to read under their website as I have been doing a lot of independent research on the subject.
The babies give me two naps a day. One after breakfast and one after lunch. For the most part I would call them a power nap; anything less than 30 minutes. But sometimes I luck out and we get close to an hour or two. Before naps I usually find myself on the floor for touchy feely time with my babies and when I do my little babies come crawling towards me like a pack of little puppies!
Love this time with them!
