21 months!

Today the triplets turned 21 months old. 

And today was Halloween and it rained all day. Therefore we got stuck at home! Thankfully we already had our Halloween outing with their costumes on Saturday, so I didn't feel so bad when the plan of going out tonight got cancelled.  We had two trick or treaters knock on our door, one more than last year. Looks like we will be the benefactors to a lot of candy!

So a little bit of an update. They all have more teeth. Need to look in their mouths and do the count, but I know I saw some molars in there. They take one nap a day, but go in their cribs two times. 9:30 and 2:30 regardless of what's going on.  A necessary quiet time for everyone. Kathleen just recently took up kissing her siblings and stuffed animals and dolls. She's pretty good at puckering up her lips to and giving a good smack.  Reagan is fascinated with airplanes and pointing to them when he sees one in the sky. He also likes tires and wheels and will walk up to a car and touch them. Susannah likes to put the blanket over her face when she sleeps, allowing just a little peep hole. She quiet in nature and would prefer that her triplet siblings don't touch her while she's playing.  No one is saying concrete words, but there is some strong effort to say Jordan by Kathleen and Reagan saying Dadon. The words aren't far off, a lot of babbling and they can baby sign "more" "baby" and "all done. Reagan also has become proficient in this last month with using the IPAD and IPhone as Kathleen has already been for several months and Susannah is just now beginning to show some interest. Susannah wears a size 4 shoe. Kathleen wears a size 5 and Reagan is wearing a size 6. They like playing with there building blocks, pushing their plastic toy lawn mowers and playing with their puzzles. They also have discovered stickers, although Reagan does not like them at all.

And in case you are wondering who took the photo of all of us. We owe the thanks to my "Super In Laws" who are visiting with us from the Phillipines. Big brother was still sleeping.

And finally, some random comments from people this week (and my thoughts to hearing them).

This one really got me... I thought you were there sister.. yea right???  

Are they twins? ... there's three... so that means that they are triplets.
