Birthdays are over and guess what!

Yep, we checked in again.

It was the morning after the big snow fall hit Chicago, February 2nd, and two days after the kids turned three. Same floor and same lovely view of Lake Michigan. We've been here a few times.
Whose turn this time?

Reagan!

And because we're sick, I told him he could have anything he wants. He chose ice cream. Smart kid.
The culprit?  Rotavirus. If your click on the name, you can read all about it. All I know is that nearly very child gets it, even though they are vaccinated against it. The severity is just not as bad.  So now that you know what it is, you can bet it was a bit of a mess at home all leading up to this. The girls were struck too, but Reagan slid into last place getting it, and got hit the worst.
He had a great view though. Lake Michigan. And, if you look real close, you can see the moon. He's always looking for the moon. When we stay at the condo he gets to see it a lot.

A couple days of IV fluids and we're swinging back into action.

And what a clown we are when we are feeling on the better side of things.

Cheese!

I joked with him that he had this all planned to be the last to get sick so he could have me all to himself. It was nice with the extra bonding and extra snuggles and being sleeping buddies.

So now that were all better and the doctor is kicking us out, what's every little boys fantasy?

Riding on a bus or in a TAXI.

Bye Bye hospital.

Hope to NOT see you again!
